What will you do?
Do you want to be the driving force behind Bluefield Smart Access' success in the Netherlands? We are looking for a driven Account Manager Sales to join our team and serve our growing customer base in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales and retaining our existing customers through proactive account management.
As Account Manager Sales Netherlands at Bluefield Smart Access, you will be the key figure in achieving our sales targets within the Netherlands. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships and executing effective sales strategies.
Besides generating new leads and closing deals, you will also be responsible for visiting current customers to strengthen relationships and better understand their needs. You will ensure that our customers are satisfied and take full advantage of our products and services.
Bluefield Smart Access is part of the Salto Group, so excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are essential for this role.

Job Requirements:
The Account Manager we are looking for has the following qualities:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- Communicative skills in both Dutch and English;
- Enthusiastic and positive personality;
- Interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Affinity with security, IT or in a project organization;
- An entrepreneurial, result-oriented, flexible work attitude with attention to quality;
